Do you mean "common-dictionary word" or "dictionary common-word"? The
latter would include, I believe, words like: at, is, an, then, there,
etc., etc.
If it's the former, then I think that is too restrictive.
I'd also make a statement exempting traditional unix commands.
Other than that, it seems a good goal.
