Ahem, I date to say I did.
Nothing related to kernel or source compiling, it's source code added in
-dbg packages to be listed in debugging sessions.
It's already in two libraries that I maintain and there's some
discussion on making some policy after that (still dicussing about
usufullness of static libs and the role played by ldconfig for debugging
libs).
