Did you have a look at the experimental deity release? It looks like the
list will still be a bit long... (However, this is a pre-alpha version, so
things might change.)

Anyways, I still prefer the solution of having everything in a single
package (if that package is small, of course), "Suggesting" or
"Recommending" the appropriate interpreter. Then, should replace the
Tcl/Tk (or whatever) script with a small wrapper shell script which checks
if the interpreter is installed. If not, the script should give a
reasonable error message.

The sgrep package is currently 55k big. I don't think it's a good idea to
split this package into two.
