Yeah, all my packages use it. Basically, you have to run:
$ libtoolize --automake --copy --force
$ automake
$ aclocal
$ autoconf
(remove --automake and the automake step if you're not using automake)
It's a huge pain in the rear, but we have to do it because there
are so many versions of libtool out there, and none of them comply
to Debian policy except Debian's own libtool.
