Looks like you put WWW-Mediawiki-Client in
debian/tests/pkg-perl/use-name, but that is not a perl module name
which can be used as in -M"WWW-Mediawiki-Client

With "echo WWW::Mediawiki::Client > debian/tests/pkg-perl/use-name"
this should look better :)
