Several people have controbuted to the codebase and I was not involved initially in that project, but for the current code I am leading the development and notably have structured its database of regular expressions, which are maintained here: https://metacpan.org/dist/Regexp-Pattern-License I am curious to learn more about your interest in reusing Licensecheck regex patterns, and might be interested in collaborated with you on that.
