BTW, looking at the commit I noticed that both module-build-tiny-needs-newer-debhelper and arch-any-package-needs-newer-cdbs + odule-build-tiny-needs-newer-cdbs seem to be obsolete; they check for cdbs >= 0.4.122~ and debhelper >= 9.20140227~, while even oldoldstable has newer versions for both packages.
