Refreshing bundled components in libwww-search-perl

"Hey, the 1990s called, they want your favourite search engine back..."

Working on the MUT transition for libwww-search-perl got me wondering
about actually dropping bundled components that are no longer of much
use, or do not work.

Testing
=======

Checking the component modules revealed the following:

altavista
- last updated 2008
- fails to test locally
- BAD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-AltaVista+2.154
  - failures since 5.13.3
-> REMOVE

ebay
- last updated 2020
- builds/tests successfully
- GOOD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-Ebay+3.055
-> KEEP

firstgov
- last updated 2003
- builds/tests successfully
- GOOD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-FirstGov+1.14
-> KEEP

googlism
- last updated 2003
- builds/tests successfully (test suite is interactive; asks if
connected to internet)
- GOOD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-Googlism+0.02
-> KEEP

jobserve
- last updated 2003
- builds/tests successfully
- GOOD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-Jobserve+1.02
-> KEEP

lycos
- last updated 2016
- fails to test locally
- BAD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-Lycos+2.225
  - failures since 5.24.0
-> REMOVE

pagesjaunes
- last updated 2005
- not available on CPAN any longer (most recent version on BackPAN)
- fails to test locally
- BAD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-Pagesjaunes+0.14
  - failures since 5.8.6
-> REMOVE

yahoo
- last updated 2009
- fails to test locally
- BAD http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-Search-Yahoo+2.415
  - failures since 5.11
-> REMOVE

Summary
=======

Keep: ebay firstgov googlism jobserve
Remove: altavista lycos pagesjaunes yahoo

I'd also like to consider adding the WWW-Search-PubMed backend which
currently has many test failures [1] due to an old gpg key being used
in one of the tests [2]. This test could be skipped.

  [2] https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=112548

I haven't pushed the work from the sprint to salsa yet, so this gives
me the chance to respin the import of the new upstream version(s),
taking into account these potential removals.

Thoughts anyone?

Cheers,
Nick
