I had a short look at this some days ago.
Technically it's no problem (even the interesting build system with
Makefile and Build.PL just works with debhelper).

Where it starts to get interesting is the copyright/license part, as
there are dozens of (bounce) emails in ./set-of-emails [0], some with
coypright/license, some without, some mentioned in some README in a
subdir, others probably not ... So this will need some effort to get
it right, and maybe some repackaging.
