One important thing (well, as long as alioth is a thing) is that the
hooks are right, but seems to be the case as shown by this output:

The git-pkg-perl-packages.json is just for PET, and the problem
should be fixed as you have been added to the pkg-perl project on
alioth.

Right, `dh-make-perl --pkg-perl ...', hackhackhack a bit, `dpt
alioth-repo', ... and upload afterwards works probebaly best.
