Please remove qt4-perl from experimental (only).
The package is RC, and apparently the maintainer is not caring about the
package anymore.
NMUs are taking care of keeping the package buildable in unstable, but I
see no point in doubling the efforts to NMU also experimental.
Once somebody wants to update qt4-perl to the new upstream release is
free to upload it again using -2 (and -1 will still be in snapshot).
