Re: Tentative dates for Debian SunCamp 2017
Hey all!
After a few chats with the hotel, we have determined the best/possible
dates for DSC 2017. Hopefully the Perl team wants to join us for their
sprint, so I am copying their list.
We have 3 possible weekends, but sadly the ones with more holidays
around are when the hotel gets full, so it would not be good for us.
1. 20-23/4: Holiday in Italy (24)
2. 27-30/4: Holiday in Netherlands (27); just before May day, which is a
holiday almost everywhere.
3. 18-21/5: No holidays, more expensive, but only possible weekend in May.
The prices per night for a double room with full board are 95 EUR for
April and 118 EUR for May.
So now it is the time to settle down the dates and start the real
organisation. We want to choose the dates that work for most people, so
