I think we should!

I looked at these packages recently, and see value in us having them 
packaged as alternative for Type::Tiny, even if still alpha quality 
(which I suspect might simply be a leftover warning from earlier days): 
Type::Tiny lacks a(n active) maintainer¹, so flaws might take longer to 
fix there than in Specio.

¹ Sadly, Toby Inkster has gone offline since ~2 years, affecting a whole 
range of clever code :-(
