I've just added "fix packages with dependencies on perl5".

Suggested command to get and review list of packages: 

grep-dctrl -s Package,Depends -F Depends -e '(^|, )perl5($|,)' \
  /var/lib/apt/lists/*_debian_dists_{sid,unstable,experimental}_main_binary-*_Packages \
  | ack -C5 perl5

This seems to be fixed/gone already.
