 * upgrade packages to the latest upstream release
 * Fix packages with dependencies on "perl5": grep-dctrl -s Package,Depends -F Depends -e '(^|, )perl5($|,)' /var/lib/apt/lists/*_debian_dists_{sid,unstable,experimental}_main_binary-*_Packages | ack -C5 perl5
