Hi,

For the record, we *do* have a few of such tests on jenkins.debian.net
at [1].  The major concern for me though is that currently, these
"apt+dpkg first" test currently got slightly more failures (excluding
the edu-tests) than their "regular" counterparts.
  It is on my "to-do" list to read + understand [2] and file the related
bugs.  (Sorry David, haven't had the time yet)
