I just voted, but please note that I should be present in the venue as
long as the meeting lasts, so these days should be excluded from the
poll (unless we find another venue, indeed): Apr 25, May 9 and May 30.

I agree. The venue is well communicated in terms of public
transportation, so it shouldn't be an issue to get there from anywhere
else.
