The default version of this module on CPAN was very out-of-date and didn't
include the server-side code, which is why the Debian package tracked
Patrick's fork instead. This appears to still be the case.
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/P/PB/PBOETTCH/ will work if there is no
other good alternative. Google doesn't seem to know about a new location
for Patrick Boettcher's home page.
