  I am sending you this email because your package xmltv-util depends on 
  it libtext-bidi-perl.

  I am about to upload version 2.02 of libtext-bidi-perl package 
  (package for Text::Bidi module). The interface in Text::Bidi has 
  changed since version 2.0.
