Ah, not as such. I've just got around to using it in

  https://metacpan.org/module/IO::Async::SSL

to provide the CA if it's absent. I was hoping that would make it into
debian also.

I guess I could adopt a better strategy of looking in the common places
on Linux, which would solve that one better.
