Done, and some simple TODO items noted in debian/changelog.

There's only one thing that makes me a bit uneasy: The license terms
of t/nameprep*. At a first quick reading I'm not convinced this is
DFSG-free (is modification allowed?).
Maybe someone else could take a look at this, too.
