Maybe. These are modules that are in shipped both with the perl interpreter and in their own package (when a newer version was needed). We have kept them in unstable in case there was a new release, but they seem pretty stable.
We even have some of those that were already obsoleted by perl 5.10.1 in squeeze which I plan to remove soon[0]. I would do the same for packages obsoleted by perl 5.12/5.14 after wheezy was released, but we could do so sooner as well.
