So Christine had added upstream code to check for debian packaged files
first for jquery and the yui reset.css. I've set up repacking to strip
those files out.

For those that remain:

I'll strip and set up symlinks for those that are packaged, and update
the d/copyright for those I can't yet get rid of.

I've found this one embedded in wordpress and mediawiki, with nothing
useful in either's copyright :-(

Well, kind of... they're optional for prophet, in fact prophet doesn't
use them at all. But they *are* required by SD whose web interface sits
on prophet's base.

All the remaining lintian warnings will be dealt with in the next
upstream release (manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry and
spelling-error-in-manpage).

(I don't want to do anything upstream as an overhaul of the SD web
interface is on my TODO list and I don't want to waste time on something
that will probably be undone a little later. My eventual goal will be to
rid prophet of all js and css and have consuming apps provide their
own.)
