Usually you just have to set the distribution in debian/changelog
from UNRELEASED to unstable, then it will show up in PET[0]'s "Ready
For Upload" section, and someone will review it and either upload it
or set it back to UNRELEASED with TODO items in debian/changelog.

I've now looked at the package and added notes into debian/changelog
in git. Feel free to ask on the list or on IRC if something is not
clear!
