I think we can just focus on the clean chroot case because it's unlikely that
we will be able to provide Plack::Middleware::ForceEnv in Wheezy, so I think
we are good here.

I agree with you.
Now referring to the email draft for the RT [1], I think it should be safe
to add to the plan B the need of 2 more freeze exception for the packages:
- libcatalystx-simplelogin-perl
- libcatalyst-actionrole-acl-perl (patched by upstream and already in git)
I would prefer to send a single email to the RT rather than separate
emails since in some way it's a whole development suite.
