I don't know why, but it woks!

Some of my environment vars were:

LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US:en

All others (referent to LANG or LC_*)  were unset. In this way,
the error always happen. After unset LANG it works fine.

I will take care of a cluster, then I decide to create my own repository
and recompile all packages I'll need in order to get a better performance
and security.
