I just wanted to say that I agree with Nicholas but then I realized
that I'm also not in Uploaders and haven't uploaded the package in
the past :)

Ernesto, Nathan, do you have objections against removing
libxml-rsslite-perl from testing? It has one RC bug (#600806),
another one that makes it not really trustworthy (#443629), no
rdepends and a low popcorn value.
