[pkg-perl] Summer cleanup of group membership (second notification)

Hi,

NOTE: I forgot to mention several accounts in my first mail. So please
check again even if your Alioth account was not listed below in
the first mail (but should have received the mail). For this
reason I will also send out a third notification before removing
people who did not respond from the group.

as announced on debian-perl@ [1], we plan to remove inactive members
from the pkg-perl group on Alioth. This cleanup is done to get a
clearer picture on the number of active members and to improve security
slightly; we do (of course) not want to stop anybody from contributing.

If you received this mail, please check if your account on Alioth is
listed below and either send me a mail that you want to stay in the
pkg-perl group or that your account can be removed from the group (note
that this only affects your membership in the pkg-perl group, we will
not touch your Alioth account).

In case you are active and still listed below, it would be nice to
know where you contributed so we can include that in later checks. The
current list is based on the SVN commit log, we considered people that
are have no commit in the 12 months as inactive [2], the Git
repositories were not yet checked; I also restricted the list to *-guest
accounts keep the list smaller for the first run.

I will send another notification to people who did not respond in about
two weeks; in case there there is no response for an additional two
weeks I consider the accounts as inactive and will remove them from the
group. We are of course also happy to restore membership at a later
time.

The status so far: out of 43 people I wrote the mail to, so far nine
people have answered (six wanted to keep there account, three accounts
have been removed from the group).

Regards,
Ansgar
