Packages that are "waiting for other packages"

I've just had a quick look through the packages listed in PET as "waiting
for other packages", to see if they're actually still waiting. I found the
following that might be ready for upload:

libchamplain-perl:  WAITS-FOR: libclutter-perl 1.000

The archive now has 1.002-1.

libkiokudb-perl:  WAITS for several deps to be finished

All of its build-deps seem to now be satisfied, however there seems to have
been some confusion surrounding the ITP of this package, which didn't appear
to reach a resolution (#524840).


These packages are actually still waiting for something:

libio-compress-perl:  WAITS-FOR: libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl 2.025

Archive is still on 2.024, upstream is 2.026. Should probably file a
wishlist bug requesting that the package is upgraded.

libmoosex-simpleconfig-perl:  WAITS-FOR libmoosex-configfromfile-perl

libmoosex-configfromfile-perl is waiting for an explicit copyright statement
from the upstream author, however that request seems to have stalled without
resolution:

libnet-imap-simple-perl:  WAITS-FOR: libnet-imap-server-perl
libnet-server-coro-perl:  WAITS for libev-perl

All part of the same dependency chain, blocked by the libev bug #507373

libpoe-component-client-mpd-perl:  WAITS-FOR libmoosex-poe-perl
libpoe-component-server-simplehttp-perl:  WAITS-FOR libmoosex-poe-perl 0.205

libmoosex-poe-perl is waiting for its tests to be fixed:

I've just done a quick test of the latest upstream git repo and it's still
not fixed..


Finally, the following packages are waiting for modules that are not yet
packaged. None of them seem to have RFPs/ITPs filed:

I can probably start looking into these tomorrow or over the weekend.
A brief look suggests they should all be simple packages to put together.
