Re: RFS: libgit-wrapper-perl

I pushed the updated version (with the Perl Group as maintainer) of the 
package to Git [0] (until I learn more about SVN, I think). I also 
re-uploaded it to Debian Mentors [1] (just in case someone prefers it).

Can someone please review it and upload if it's in a good shape?
