I get an error when attempting svn-upgrade:

Could not find the unmodified upstream version in
         svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/branches/upstream/libaudio-nama-perl/1.061!
         If you think that
svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/branches/upstream/libaudio-nama-perl/current
is the upstream source which
svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/trunk/nama is based
on, run:

         svn copy
svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/branches/upstream/libaudio-nama-perl/current
svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/branches/upstream/libaudio-nama-perl/1.061

Otherwise, please fix the headline of
debian/changelog.

Kind regards,

Joel
