libapp-cli-perl: diff for NMU version 0.08-0+nmu1

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for libapp-cli-perl (versioned as 0.08-0+nmu1) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/10. Please free to tell me if I should
delay it longer.
