* source or binary package: debian/copyright or
  /usr/share/doc/$pkg/copyright can also contain hints where the
  tarball was downloaded from.
  And if the new Upstream-Name header (in the new copyright format)
  is set then at least the relation CPAN distribution (not module!) <->
  Debian package is clear
