Well, this time it's like "get cpan to use dh-make-perl for creating
debs" instead of doing it on its own :)

BTW: I think the ideas in the other mails about automatic (re)builds
of packages and a staging area and similar sound interesting. I guess
they could also help to improve the actual tools (like dh-make-perl)
by providing feedback on common failures etc.
