Speaking about myself, if dh-make-perl tells me that there's no package Foo::Bar required for Baz::Blubb, then I just type `dh-make-perl --cpan Foo::Bar' afterwards and I'm done. Extra scripts/modules/packages/wrappers seem to be more complicated to me.
