New perl module (IO::BufferedSelect)

Hello,

I have just filed an RFP [1] for the perl module, IO::BufferedSelect.

I am currently packaging a new version of the tenshi package [2] which
has a dependency on this Perl module. Unfortunately, it is not
available in Debian.

Could someone help me out with this? Or is it better if I joined the
Debian Perl Group, and package this module myself [3]?
