Bug#545023: missing upstream license and copyright
Package: libmime-base32-perl
Version: 1.01-1
Severity: serious
While taking over libmime-base32-perl it appeared to me that there is no
license/copyright statement to be found anywhere in the upstream sources.
Debian can't distribute the package without permission.
Upstream bug filed (https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=49431).
