Pushing changes to the git repo on git.debian.org

Hello,

	I searched through the mailing list archives and couldn't find  
anything mentioning how one pushes to the git repo housing dh-make- 
perl. I cloned the repo and would like to push back but if I remember  
correctly we are using an svn repo for pushing back changes.

	Is this right? The only way to commit back code is to use svn? (Or  
git-svn?)
