Hello,

I have written to you in the past asking you to upload a newer 
version of this package which I need as a dependency of 
libcgi-application-plugins-perl  and bug #439461 asks for the same 
thing.  As you have not responded, I am writing you to inform you that I 
am NMUing this package to bring it up to the latest version.

If you are no longer interested in maintaining this package please 
consider giving it to the Debian Perl Packagers group who I am Ccing on 
this email.
