lintian's copyright pickiness

Feel free to leave these unchanged; this bug in lintian will be fixed as
soon as I get a chance to do another upload. Also feel free to change
them if you think it improves the file in general, of course, but just
don't feel obligated to fiddle with it on lintian's account. It was my
fault that the check wasn't case-insensitive.
