The link you provide is the file I meant. I believe that you are correct that the plain .changes file is not accessible. Of course, that page provides more information. The reason for my suggestion of attempting to retrieve the page was to deal with the differences in types of NEW processing. 1. package not in archive -> no PTS page 2. package in archive and provides new binary package -> has PTS page If there is another way to deal with this, it would be good to try and implement it.
