No, I meant the proposed format as described in
http://wiki.debian.org/Proposals/CopyrightFormat
But that's optional, we just use it nowadays for all packages, and
your debian/copyright is correct the way it is now.

The only glitch that's still present is that you have debhelper 7 in
debian/compat and debian/control but debian/rules doesn't use it.
Please fix this inconsistency by either
* setting the debhelper compatibility level to 5 in debian/compat and
  debian/Control; or
* using the shiny new dh7 debian/rules (which works fine in a short
  test)
