Conflicts with a package with same priority : optional

Hi,

Looking at those pages :

http://qa.debian.org/debcheck.php?dist=unstable&package=libiptables-chainmgr-perl
http://qa.debian.org/debcheck.php?dist=unstable&package=libiptables-parse-perl

and the debian policy :

http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-archive.html#s-priorities

Should I consider, in a future release, updating the priority field of
libiptables-parse-perl and libiptables-chainmgr-perl from optional to
extra ? in order to avoid conflicts with psad whose priority is set to
optional as well.

http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/psad.html

Regards,
