New version of Curses::UI not shown in qa report

Hello

There's a new version of Curses::UI (0.9603) [1] available upstream
but this new version does not appear in qa report [2].

Could you:
- fix libcurses-ui-perl watch file [3] (or qa report) to show this new release
- update libcurses-ui-perl

About the watch file [3], is the white space in the middle of the
URL/pattern normal ?
