Changes in a nutshell: * The whole DM section, which was introduced in December, is reverted; now it only says that DM is discouraged in the pkg-perl group * "Uploaders" has its old meaning again, with a slight clarification: the field is for people whe make significant changes to a package and feel responsible for it.
