I already CC mia@qa.debian.org in my first mail.
If Jay is declared MIA, I will walk thru its perl package and tell
the Debian Perl Group about them. If they are standard CPAN perl package,
I think I will be able to check them and introduce them in our SVN.

PS: I CC mia again so that they know that perl packages can be maintained
in this group if they are orphaned.
