After they are accepted, libconfig-inihash-perl may be uploaded to NEW.
After it is accepted - libmediawki-perl.
Yes, long waits, but otherwise there is a risk of inconsistencies. For
example if all four are uploaded together and libhash-case-perl is rejected.
I admit I have no big experience with such en-mass uploads so I may miss
something.
