It was rejected because libtext-template-perl was rejected. Now that the latter package is in the archive it should be good to go.
Also, information from README does not match debian/copyright.
Oops it doesn't? That should be checked/fixed first of course.
Do you think that I can apply my[1] usual cleanups/nitpicking, hopefully solving all possible problems and reupload? More importantly, do you still need that package in the archive? If not I wouldn't bother more (except for a "svn rm").
Actually I do still need it and if you would be so kind as to reupload I would appreciate it. Otherwise I will get to it sooner or later.
