Since the Maintainer is Debian Perl Group, you don't need to post RFS on
d-mentors. I dropped that from CC.
* Some notes:
- - debian/copyright misses copyright and licensing for the packaging.

- - debian/watch uses version=2. Current version is 3
- - there are some commented dh_* calls that are never going to be needed.
why not remove them now?
- - adding Test::POD to build-depends would improve tests. Same for
Test::MockObject. Please add them.
Otherwise the package looks good. Thank you for your work. Fix the above
list and I'll upload it.
