I would like to create an HTML mod_perl documentation package. This would be similar to the perl-doc-html package I recently ITP'd. The instructions for creating the mod_perl HTML documentation are here: http://perl.apache.org/download/docs.html This documentation differs from what is included in the libapache2-mod-perl2 package in that it is effectively a mirror of the site at http://perl.apache.org/, including the search functionality. My question has to do primarily with the naming of the package. To stay consistent, I was originally thinking libapache2-mod-perl2-doc-html. However, the package would not be specific to apache2, nor would it depend on any apache at all (only suggesting it). That made me consider mod-perl-doc-html. But I am not sure if that would be an acceptable package name. Would anyone care to share thoughts/opinions on this? Regards, -Roberto -- Roberto C.
